Bug Description
OVSDB monitor reports events on tunnel ports, which are never handled and always ignored. It would be better performance-wise to filter these ports out.

I think we may need to process the tunnel message in the later release.
Current we monitor ovsdb event both in idl and ovsdb monitor. We can use only one of them in the future.
