mtu 1460 works bad with VxLan

Bug Description

The mtu is automatically setup to 1460 all VMs.

With this mtu, while using VxLan on a multi node, the TCP performance were 30 bits/sec.

After lowering the mtu to 1400 the TCP performance back to normal 200-300 Mb/sec.

We should set the optimal mtu for each of the encapsulation protocols.

Seems like the optimal mtu for VxLan is 1450
