Bug Description
There are few changes in the dragonflow code that uses neutron code from the master branch, this code was merged recently and not part of the kilo/stable branch.
This means that if we want dragonflow to work with neutron kilo/stable some changes needs to be applied.
Example uses:
OVS_LIB bridge.
