Bug Description
The max download rate can be set globally. I'm wanting to move away from Transmission for Mac OS X and the main feature that I need to allow this is download rate limiting for time of day. I need downloads throttled lower from 8-5 Monday-Friday.
I'm hoping this proves to be a useful feature for a number of people, but it's on my personal wishlist.

I have to agree with Chad
This would be a welcome addition to Downpour and it would save me starting and stopping the process around my unmetered hours.
