Bug Description

backup metadata for the comics, for the moment only the title and the date are supported.

LittleGamers : Title and Date
KevinAndKell : Title

It's a first draft, if this feature is accepted I will make the code more general.
I have try to put all the stuff in the Metadata.py file to limit the code change.

I have added metadata for MegaTokyo (date and title) for this comics I have updated the Metadata.py file to be able to use a custom function (we need the id of the comic to get the date and title)
