Bug Description

Figure out the info that residents are most likely to want to see at a glance, and then create a resident dashboard. This should probably be the default view when residents (non-deskworkers) log in.

Oops, I just found /personal/, so I guess this exists. I guess the ticket should be to improve it.

Some parts of the dashboard (like reuse) are likely not going to be implemented this weekend. Remove anything you think is an "add later" feature, and create tickets for everything you remove.
