Remove half-implemented advanced search

In templates/core/directory.html, remove the "advanced search" button and also the irrelevant lines at the bottom referring to non-existent fields, eg, $("#firstname").keyup(function() { search(); });

(A ticket to fully implement advanced search at some later date has already been created, LP #1140479.)
