Bug Description
Using Linux Mint 18 and the Dolphin file browser, you get a failure to write error if you attempt to copy or move a file with a : in the file name to a USB flash drive.
To reproduce create any file with a : in it's filename and attempt to copy to a USB drive
To the best of my knowledge this problem occurs whenever you attempt to transfer a file with a : in the filename to a USB drive.
Expected function is to transfer the file.
