Bug Description
The parameter "use_petsc_
If the right-hand side of a linear system solved with the PETSc Cusp backend is not touched prior to solve, for example by calling VecNorm, then the right-hand side will be set zero when the solution is being computed (and the solution comes out wrong).
The bug has been fixed in petsc-dev.
