Add "Refresh" button

Bug Description
Add a refresh button so we can update any changes people have submitted to the server while we have had Dohickey running. If refreshing is done automatically somehow, then show some indication of this activity.

Confirmed problem, An update button should be added and a separate bug which notes devices as updated when they're not needed fixing too.
