Unable to login to DogOnRails and maintain DogOnRails

Bug Description

Currently DogOnRails has only one session, and when a user logs in, they are not able to re-login and do maintenance. We need a way for admins to do maintenance from WifiDog sites. This may be tricky, since this means that the admins would have a seperate login page that they use to authenticate from the regular users.

this can be done by using another domain. This is session based, and is the problem with session based authentication. DogOnRails shares this issue with WifiDog Server

Need to add the ability to support Google Maps on multiple domains without the annoying popup. May be impossible on the existing deployment, but will try to test with Beta.
