All values option missing from DL categories in Listing object?

Bug Description
We previously had a DL Listing object created which used 'All values' for the category. The object wasn't used to pull in documents onto a web page, but it was used for an atom or rss feed.
Is there a reason why 'all values' has now disappeared from the DL Listing objects in Silva? This isn't a big problem, but we're wondering why it's no longer available.
