Permanent URL for docs need adding to DL

At the moment, the only way anyone knows the permanent URL for their document is when it is stated in the email that comes from the system, e.g.:

<web address>/handle/4521513998226983631

... or if the available document has already been published then you can hover over one of the download links and see it there, e.g.

<web address>/handle/4521513998226983631/mydocument.txt

However, it would also be useful to have the permanent URL stated somewhere on the web form for that document when you access it at a later date, especially if the email has been deleted and the published document has since expired.
