Noscript markup problem with DL links

Bug Description
We've noticed that the opening <div> tag in the <noscript> portion of a DL link is missing a value. This only became obvious when we were restyling the DL links and, after checking to see what the new style looked like, we switched off javascript and refreshed the page. Basically, we think that the opening <div> should be <div class='details'> rather than just a <div>...
Attached are two png files showing the problem after the javascript is disabled and what it should look like.
