Action delete failed

To delete an expire document in the DL, you are not allowed to simply select 'delete'. You have to make a deletion request (or delete via a deletion receipt if you have a high enough DL role) from within the submit form.

It would be good if the DL said 'please select document and choose a delete option' (or words to that effect) rather than the rather unhelpful "Action delete failed" that you currently get if you try to simply delete the expired document from the 'expired' list.

Would this be a simple change in the DL or is this something more major?

This is a feature request. I think with a bit of work on the workflow this is doable in about 4 hours (the deletion request procedure is somewhat special in the workflow so it's not trivial either; it just needs a bit of research first).
