Bug Description
We are no longer using ChangeLog to list changes, 'cause we have `bzr log`.
# Current #
By now ChangeLog stores detail how to produce proper commits messages.
# Desiders #
Move ChangeLog to ChangeLog.README and auto generate ChangeLog at `make dist` phase.
