Bug Description
jumpstart-book's generated files are here, per lingua:
build/jumpstart
Currently some intermediate files used during the build remain after the build:
*index.phase1.xml
* index.phase2.xml
These should be deleted by the build so that the generated content cant be taken as a whole.
