Sometimes (just at system start) Docky opens without loading its settings

Bug Description
Just the docky icon appears at system start sometimes (this is on Ubuntu Precise 12.04 Beta, but happened on 11.10 as well), like it would have forgotten to load the settings. A "killall docky" and restart of Docky solves this problem as well and all icons are displayed again, like configured.

It may have to do with Docky starting together with Compiz, I am investigating the issue...
It seems delaying the start of Docky via the Compiz Startup plug-in fixes the issue and the problem may have been not fully initialized Compiz compositing at system start, which confused Docky sometimes.
I will report again once I am certain that my workaround works.
