Docky becomes inactive if an application on a second screen is made fullscreen

Mono 2.6.7 (Debian 2.6.7-3ubuntu1)
*Issue*
I have Docky displayed on monitor A in panel mode, hiding: none, and any application running on monitor B.
If I make the application on monitor B fullscreen (by hitting F11) then I cannot click on any icon on the Docky bar on monitor A while the application on monitor B has focus.
I have to give focus to any application (or the desktop) on monitor A before I can interact with Docky again.
