Weather applet won't fetch weather data

Bug Description
I'm running Docky on Linux Mint 12 and I cannot get the weather app to display any data for my area. I have looked around and while many other similar cases end up with solutions I have not yet found one that helps me. My weather applet icon always appears as a question mark and displays 0 degrees as the weather. When I left click on it I get a weekly forecast which are all again question marks and zeros. I've tried closing Docky and reopening it and changing locations or providers but to no avail. When I run Docky in debug I get an output of:

When I refresh the weather. I was running Docky 2.1.3 until a source said to upgrade it so now I'm on 2.1.4 and even after restarting the computer nothing changes.
