adding File Manager as permantent docklet didn't work

When I tryed to pen a file Manager from dock bar and don't do anything

You need to run docky as 'docky -d' from the terminal, recreate your bug, and attach the entire console log here.

I want to notice you that I close Docky bar then open it again and works fine, I thing that it deppends in the order of loading gnome enviroment
