Nautilus launcher work only after Docky restart

Bug Description
This is not quite an error, but surely super inconvenience. Dockys Nautilus launcher doesn't work after system startup. You need to restart Docky to get it work properly. Do I and how can I fix it personally? Any secret setting or something ;)
