Draging file to docky

When I drag file, or application icon to docky, it expands to full width of the screen, also its too sensitive to mouse moovement on the left and right. When draging docky items like docklets or app icons, docky behaves normaly.... Also it works ok when zooming is disabled or set to low value..

Steps to reproduce:
1. enable zoom, set it to 300%
2. drag file or application to dock

I also want to add the following symptom :
- In my case the problem occur event if the zoom is set at 200% or 250%

It's like the formula defining the space between icons present in docky is wrong...
