Bug Description

The CPU Monitor docklet should mimic the cpufrequtils applet for gnome-panel ability to change the CPU governors (example: ondemand, performance, powersave).

This Arch's wiki article more or less describes what this is. http://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Cpufrequtils#Scaling_governors

Since it is a docklet, I'm not sure if a separate helper would be necessary, but this is a must, if the aim is to replace gnome-panel, particularly for laptop users.
