Editing a pinned item results in duplicated items

If you pin an item to the dock, typically it pins the launcher from /usr/share/applications to that dock.

If you then edit the item from the panel menu, the launcher editor will create a copy, edit the copy, and save it to ~/.local/share/applications and the menu will start using that launcher.

At that point however, Docky also starts using that launcher. The problem is the original launcher from /usr/share/applications is still pinned to the dock so you wind up with duplicated icons. You can even pin the 2nd icon to the dock.

Currently the user must then drag off the 'old' one and pin the 'new' one. It would be nice if Docky could automate that.
