Glossy theme like in Gnome-DO's classic interface

Bug Description

It would be nice if docky could provide an option to make the current theme's background glossy (i. draw a reflection using cairo), just like gnome-do's classic interface. If this isn't possible, i think a custom glossy theme based on HUD or Classic would look most awesome.

OP, I'm not sure if I understand the request. Can you do a mockup?

They want a theme like the Gnome Do classic theme. Run Do, select classic theme, summon Do. A Docky theme that looks like that.

I think it's unpossible.

Daniel, not the whole gnome-do theme, just the reflection/glossy effect of this theme. A black, glossy theme.

Yea, Like I said I think that's unpossible atm. We can't draw an Arc. It would get cut off. This is where Jason needs to code those overlays. Then maybe we can do this ;)

Robert, if you think you can do this with Cairo (and make it a gconf) and you want to, feel free :)

Otherwise won't fix.
