Bug Description

I'd like an option to not bring up preferences when clicking on the anchor icon. My mom keeps changing them by accident. Also when preferences open, docky is not usable, and my mom is not able to launch or foreground applications. I'm fine with having to tick a box in gconf-editor for this option.

Mentioning http://bugs.launchpad.net/docky/+bug/498908 for completeness, as it would also prevent my mom from dragging launchers off the dock by accident.

[note: for this discussion let's assume the anchor icon stays (until maybe branding is not such an issue).]
