Notification appears to the left under the Main Menu

When Docky notifies me about new mail using the Gmail docklet the noticifation popup appears in the upper left corner at the Main Menu.

It should appear in the upper right corner or in the botttom corner as libnotify usually do.

I'm running Ubuntu 9.10 (64-bit) with version "2.0~bzr1048-0karmic1~dockycore1" of Docky.

Mine all show top-right...

I also noticed that when I minimize windows the windows get minimized to the upper left corner?

I sort of know what's going on here, but it's extremely hard for me to test because of notify-osd in ubuntu. I'll try to get a vm with another distro that uses the old notification server to figure out what's happening here.

Have you upgraded Ubuntu? If so, is this still a problem?
