label fonts don't follow gnome settings

Bug Description

The fonts in the labels (when hovering an icon in docky) are rendered poorly. The rendering is not the same as in all other gnome applications (I actually have a .fonts.conf file in my home directory, with some fonts settings configured. These settings are not respected in the docky labels).

Indeed, changing to any other font then the default Sans Ubuntu font results in poor looking labels and context menu's. Especially annoying with the Gmail docklet. The fonts should not change or change according the gnome settings.

Just use Docky and Ubuntu, it is pretty. Hope this patch can help those who have HDPI screens. The font size is changing with the system size now. But the background would not. This problme is the same as the ubuntu's background.
Note: the bold font has been changed back to normal.
How to:
-Download the source code of docky-2.2.0
-Copy or merge the two files into the old file in the source code of docky-2.2.0
-Following the Install Dependencies part of the following links
http://wiki.go-docky.com/index.php?title=Installation#Installing_From_Source
-Build with the following cmds:
./configure
make
sudo make install

Then just quit the running dock and run it again.

Tried version: Ubuntu 13.10

What, even without the patch? On Mint 19 Cinnamon, and Docky 2.2.1.1, the fonts - in icon labels and context menus - is *tiny* on my HiDPI system.
