ppa Docky does not show java based application icons

Bug Description
I have some applications installed in my /opt directroy such as matlab and JDownloader whose GUI is Java based. In the new version of docky (I'm using ppa version in a Ubuntu Karmic OS) instead of the correspondent icons appears an interrogation mark. This bug does not appear in the previous version of docky (vinculed to Gnome-do) that is in the official repos of the distribution.
