Docky should notify the user when compositing is missing

Bug Description

If the user runs Docky without compositing, it should warn them. Most users wont understand the 'artifacts' they see when compositing is missing.

Similarly, if compositing disappears while running it should perhaps notify the user.

I was thinking more that the user needs a popup notification. The average user wont launch Docky from a terminal or check their .xsession-errors log and will never see your message.
