Installed Linux Mint 19.2 and weather panel is broken, switched to Docky Weather and the settings work to select my location(s) without an issue.
In the dock, the weather icon appears, not the ? indicating a setting issue, but when I hover or click on the weather to get the expanded view/forecast, the ? appears and the text "Network error" appears above the dock icon.
