A program is still running. This program is blocking out

*Occurs when ever I try to restart linux with open any browser. This happen after latest updates of linux. I am using: Linux mint 18.3 cinnamon 64 bit on brand new gaming pc with high specs. Below is the Docky bug report when error occur:

I seem to have the same issue, though it seems to be triggered by the initial Docky instance crashing on startup. Details below:
