docky won't start with empty xml file

Bug Description

My ~/.local/share/docky-Directory got corrupted, resulting in plugins/addin-db-001/config.xml to be empty. This causes Docky to crash on startup: See attachment crash.log

The ~/.local/share/docky-directory causing this crash is attached. Deleting that directory fixes the issue. Docky should recognize empty XML-files on it's own and recreate them, if neccessary, shouldn't it? This should be easy to fix :)
