3d background bugged..

My dock always has problems when I try to use the "3d background" effect. When 3d is on, it has a weird black rectangle on the left side.

I'm using Linux Mint 14, Mate.

It's a driver bug.
One-pixel empty line on the left side of Background.svg in theme files can prevent this bug.
