Docky unable to keep 'ownership' of window minimizing point

Bug Description
A window should minimize towards its indicator icon on Docky when clicked on that icon. However, most of the times, after a click on the window's Docky icon, the window minimizes to Unity's Launcher. This is regardless of Docky version, but occurs of course only in Ubuntu distros with Unity. My current version of Docky is Docky 2.2.0 bzr docky r1828 ppa and Ubuntu is Precise Pangolin 12.04.
