Bug Description
Skype helper won't get connected to the Skype app when Skype is launched *after* Docky.
Should poll or detect skype launch.

Im having the same problem, if i disable the helper, close skype, open skype again and re-enable the helper skype asks me if i want to allow an external application to access it i choose yes and remember and it works while i use it but then after closing it and opening skype again it stops working.
