Tomboy helper displays nonexistent/deleted notes

In the Tomboy helper menu, previously deleted notes are listed. Some notes are missing.

It looks to me from your log that you might be having issues with your DBus. That can cause problems here as the Tomboy helper uses DBus. I don't see any output from the helper in the log, so I think that output bug I fixed isn't in 2.0.3.1 and as such the log is mostly useless.

The errors in the log about NM and about Notify are all DBus related though.

Did you install ndesk-dbus from our PPA? This is required as it fixes several bugs.

As I previously mentioned I'm using Arch. Is it possible to install PPA packages on Arch?

You can get the source from the PPA and manually compile/install it.
