Empathy docklet

It would be amazing, if Docky could have a Empathy and Pidgin docklet, that act a little bit like Adium in the mac OSX Dock.

 - Jumps when a new message
 - Icon representing status

 - Keep highlight even when empathy is in the systray or indicator appelet

As Empathy is the gnome im app, this would be great.

More than just having an icon that depends on the im account state, chat windows could have a separate window (maybe with avatar icon). Animations would be great. A good example is Adium.

Hello. I was thinkng about icon in the dock, if it changes depending on the state selected what icons it will use?
I ask this because, creating themes, I wonder if the helper took the icon into the directory, for example action/scalable, or use those of the same window of empathy.
