DockbarX: show Now Playing information with media buttons

Bug Description

Setting the option to use media buttons, the tooltip from a media player should also show information about the song being played (Title, Artist, Album, and Album art)

I added Now Playing information in mediaplayer.py
It's based on DockBarX 0.48, so I don't know how much it differs from the latest version.

The default icon for the album art is taken from /usr/share/noise/icons/ . Maybe we should include an icon ourselves.
