DockBarX "Move windows from other workspaces" doesn't work for single window

Found on Ubuntu 10.10, Gnome with Compiz, but the bug is in the Group Button script and should apply to all distros.

The check for the "Move window from other workspaces" behavior, for restoring minimized windows to the active workspace instead of switching to the workspace they were minimized on, happens after the check for multiple windows; thus, a single minimized window will never be moved to the present workspace. A quick hack to remove the check for multiple windows corrects this behavior (but ignores other settings for "One Window Open," naturally.) The behavior check and window translation needs to be duplicated into this previous section of the script.
