Bug Description

Binary package hint: unity

Even when gnome-do's preference is set to show the notification icon, it never appears in the upper menu bar. Under the classic desktop it does though.

do doesn't use indicators, it still uses the deprecated Gtk.StatusIcon, which are no longer supported in unity. there is a gnome-do bug open about this, and i think a patch but no one has done anything with it as far as i know.
