Have a blank screen i have to press to get docky working

Hi i'm using Ubuntu 9.10 and cannot make a clean reinstall of Gnome Do as a whole.
The software worked for a while then i all of a sudden on comp start up i got small a blank page i had to press to get the docky to work.So decided to reinstall everything a second and third time with no solution.Next i decided to delete the software manager key for Gnome Do and clean out my system of which i thought had anything to Do with Gnome Do and reinstall all for a forth time and the key ring is now permanently missing and i have got no where with the small blank page thing.When i go to applications - accessories-Gnome Do the blank small blank page appears again in the middle and above the docky of with i have to click to get the docky working.
I have four questions first -why can i not do a complete and full reinstall of everything from my software manager concerning Gnome Do ?
Why when it worked fine am i starting to get problems now with Gnome Do ?
Why can i not get the key ring back in my software manager ?
Why am i getting the small blank page which i have to press to get the docky to work ?
