Bug Description
If quiet start is enabled along with Docky, Docky is invisible after startup. The process exists and is recognized by the system (windows still act as if it were there and the process can be killed), it is only invisible to the user.
To fix the issue, I had to run gconf-editor and disable quiet start that way before Do would appear.

I can confirm this, on Ubuntu 9.10, all patched, running on Lenovo W500. Seems to work OK most of the time. Killing the gnome-do processes and restarting the process fixes it.
