Bug Description

I updated Gnome Do to 0.8.3.1 from the PPA last night, and it was working fine in the "glass" theme. Today, I switched to the "Docky" theme, and closed Gnome Do. It froze when I tried to close it, so I did "killall gnome-do". Now, whenever I try to start Gnome Do, it gets stuck reloading Tomboy Notes, and doesn't start. I've attached a log of "gnome-do --debug".

At the bottom of the log is this line: "Could not locate Tomboy on D-Bus. Perhaps it's not running?"
I don't think this is the problem. If I start Tomboy, then start Gnome Do, I get exactly the same output and freeze, only without that final line.

Note: By using gconf-editor to set the theme back to "Glass", I was able to get Gnome Do to start.

Confirm this bug on this version. Sometimes it'll start properly, but occasionally it'll lock my entire desktop and I need to drop to console to kill it.
