Preference window's default size is wrong when using some languages other than English

Bug Description
When using Gnome-Do in French, the default size of the window is smaller than it's composant. On the Appearance tab, «Always show result window» is getting out of the windows, and worse, in the Plugin tab, the Search field is also out of the window. See the attached screenshot.
