Bug Description

I've defined aliases with the plugins but it seems that they are not loaded at the same time as applications. This aliases are not avalable since 15/20 seconds after gnome-do boot.
so the alias remain un-usefull because it get faster to call the real name of the application.

Hope it will help.
Sorry for my bad english...

my kernel crash brought me here, but I'm not sure this is the problem I had.

My Acer Aspire One 110L has been in 9.04 to 10.4 beta2 versions unstable then using wlan as the network connection. Also downloading clearly gets errors as upgrading is not successful for all files and especially big packages fail very likely. With a cable connection all is fine.

Now my computer also crashes or gets stuck with only a off-on switch resolves it then surfing over wifi. This happens usually in one hours time. It seems more frequent on 10.4 compared to the earlier versions.

Cheers,
Mikko

My kernel crash dragged me here too! Old Dell GX520 running Lucid, current patches applied last night. Just in the middle of normal web browsing in Chrome and a crash indicator popped up. Nothing appears to have crashed from a user perspective!

Currently cabled networking and using the same hardware setup as I did with Feisty through to Karmic which generally ran fine without kernel issues.

Haven't found a specific way to reproduce this yet by user action, seemed fairly random but will of course report as needed!

Thanks

Kevin

I'm redirected here after a 'yaird' crash.
Probably there is an apport bug that redirect kernel bug here.
The correct bug for me is:
