Bug Description

When including a directory that contains executables, such as ~/bin, in the Files and Folders plugin's list of indexed folders the default action should be 'Run' those executables. Initially, this is the case. For example, suppose ~/bin contained a file named example.sh with 755 permissions. When typing 'example.sh' into gnome-do's left pane for the first time it will indeed chose 'Run' as the default option. It will continue to suggest 'Run' as the default option for 'example.sh' for a few minutes after the initial invocation. However, after some period of time which I haven't been able to nail down, the default option for 'example.sh' will change to 'Open'. Note that I rarely, if ever, use the 'Open' command to do anything. The vast majority of my gnome-do invocations end with gnome-do 'Run'-ing something.

Once the default action for 'example.sh' has changed to 'Open', no matter how many times I manually select 'Run', I can not get the default to change back to 'Run'. However, I have discovered something that I can do to reset the default action back to 'Run' for a short period of time; if I invoke the gnome-do preferences window then the default action for 'example.sh' will revert to 'Run' temporarily.

This bug is quite frustrating because it means that I can never count on being able to invoke gnome-do type 'ex' and hit enter. I always have to be mindful of whether the default action has changed or not. I also recognise that this a type of bug that can be equally frustrating for developers because I haven't been able to get it to reliably reproduce itself. The time period between default action changes can be anywhere from 5 minutes to an hour, but it inevitably happens every time.
