Bug Description

As you can see in the attached screenshot, the Appearance preferences
pane could do with a little love. The text goes a little too far to the
right, and the "Reinstate removed items" button goes a little too far
down :)

Also "Reinstate removed items" is the worst name for a button.

That's because Otto is British -- probably sounds perfectly normal to Brits.

I say "Restore removed items," maybe with a dialog to explain what effect the
button press had?

I'm more in favor of a tooltip on the button than a dialog popping up when you click it.

I guess David meant a tooltip as well. Btw, my prefs dialog looks fine. The word "Reinstate" is argueable but the dimensions are fine, doesn't look like the screenshot for me.
