Description: Aliases are not stored.
How to reproduce the bug:
1 Launch gnome-do
2 Write a given command not recognized by gnome-do (for example "firefox --no-remote -P")
3 Hit tab and down arrow until arriving at the option "Assign alias"
4 Hit tab and write down the new alias name (for example "choosefox")
5 Hit enter
6 Close the gnome-do window
7 Open it
8 Write the alias "choosefox"
9 It is not recognized
